CuraWise does not provide medical, legal, or financial advice. All services are administrative and operational in nature. Clients remain solely responsible for clinical decisions, compliance obligations, and final review of billing submissions.
3. Use of Website
You agree to use this website for lawful purposes only. You may not:

4. Protected Health Information (HIPAA)
CuraWise may process Protected Health Information (“PHI”) solely in its role as a Business Associate, and only under a valid Business Associate Agreement (BAA) executed with the client.
Do not submit PHI through public website contact forms or email.
PHI is handled in accordance with HIPAA and applicable U.S. privacy and security regulations.
6. Payments and Fees
Fees for services are governed by the applicable service agreement or engagement letter. Failure to remit payment according to agreed terms may result in suspension or termination of services.

Our total liability, if any, shall not exceed the fees paid to CuraWise for services during the preceding three (3) months.
